Refund Policy

The short version: Try GlyphFex free (50 entries, unlimited time) before you pay. If you purchase and change your mind within 30 days, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked. Cancel auto-renewal anytime with one click.

1. Free Evaluation Comes First

Every customer is encouraged to try GlyphFex free before purchasing. The evaluation mode includes all features, has no time limit, and stops only at 50 entries per project. This lets you validate GlyphFex for your shop without any financial commitment.

If you haven't yet hit the 50-entry cap, we strongly recommend exploring the evaluation before purchasing — you'll know whether GlyphFex fits your workflow.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase an annual license and are not satisfied with GlyphFex within 30 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

To request a refund:

  • Email support@glyphfex.com with the subject line "Refund request"
  • Include your order number (shown in your purchase confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy)
  • Optionally, tell us what didn't work — your feedback helps us improve

Refunds are typically processed by our Payment Processor (Lemon Squeezy) within 5–10 business days and appear on the same payment method used at purchase.

3. Renewals and Cancellations

3.1 Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal link in any invoice or reminder email from Lemon Squeezy, or by emailing support@glyphfex.com. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately.

3.2 What Happens When You Cancel

Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period that you've already paid for. After that, the Software reverts to read-only mode, and you continue to have full access to view and export all your data. You may resume your subscription at any time.

3.3 Refunds on Renewals

Renewals are not automatically refundable. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal and contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge, we will refund the renewal in full and cancel future renewals. Contact support@glyphfex.com promptly.

3.4 No Pro-Rated Refunds Mid-Period

Outside the 30-day guarantee (initial purchase) or 14-day renewal refund window, we do not pro-rate refunds for the remainder of an annual subscription. You keep full access through the period you paid for.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Repeated refund requests from the same customer on multiple subscriptions (pattern of abuse)
  • Violation of the End User License Agreement (e.g., redistribution, license sharing)
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us — please reach out so we can resolve the issue directly

If you believe a refund was unfairly denied, contact legal@glyphfex.com for a secondary review.

5. Payment Processor Refunds

All refunds are issued through our merchant-of-record partner, Lemon Squeezy (a service of Stripe Inc.). Refunds are subject to Lemon Squeezy's own processing timelines and your financial institution's policies. GlyphFex does not handle credit card refunds directly.

If you experience delays receiving an approved refund, please contact support@glyphfex.com and we will follow up with Lemon Squeezy on your behalf.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
